Refund Policy

  • Refund Policy
    • As soon as your order is placed processing begins. Cancellations are not allowed unless your order has not yet been printed. It is our sole discretion whether we are able to offer a refund or not and it is dependent on the production status.
    • In the event that there is a printing issue caused by Printing Experts including but not limited to: scratch/smudge/rough finishes or incorrect finishing or alignment; we will offer a reprint with Rush Production free of charge from the nearest Printing Experts printing facility to you.
    • Typographical errors, incorrect colours/logos/texts printed due to you sending incorrect file formats will only be reprinted at your expense. Please follow our Design Guidelines posted on every product on the website.
    • All our products are custom printed to suit your specific needs, as a result refunds are only issued at our discretion as we cannot resell your order to someone else.
